Returns Policy

The buyer has no right to cancel, or vary, any order for goods after Ambleside Distillers Pty Ltd has accepted that order. Goods must be checked on receipt for breakages as once goods are signed for, no liability will be accepted for breakages. Returns cannot be accepted once goods are received. If your product is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us via the website – do not sign for your goods if they are damaged as we will not accept liability. We do not issue credit notes if you change your mind, so please choose carefully.
