Your use of Ambleside Distillers Pty Ltd (herein known as Ambleside Distillers) website is subject to these terms of use (“Terms of Use”). All services provided by Ambleside Distillers, including any services provided through this website, are governed at a minimum by these Terms of Use and by all of the policies of Ambleside Distillers. If You do not accept these Terms of Use, You must refrain from using this website. If You use this website or undertake any activities through this website, You will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use. This web site is operated by Ambleside Distillers and as far as is permitted by law, you agree when you use this web site to indemnify and release Ambleside Distillers in respect of any claims, loss or damage incurred as a result of any error, omission or misrepresentation in this website.

Please note that all information shown on this web site may change at any time without notice. The availability of merchandise shown or referred to on this web site is subject to change, delay or cancellation.

If you correspond or otherwise communicate with Ambleside Distillers, you automatically grant to Ambleside Distillers an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, world-wide licence to use, copy, display and distribute the content of your communication and to prepare derivative works of the content or incorporate the content into other works in order to publish and promote such content. This may include, but is not limited to, publishing testimonials on this website and developing your ideas and suggestions for improved products and services.

Ambleside Distillers cannot guarantee that any data transmission is totally secure, free from viruses, fault or other conditions which could damage or interfere with your computer systems and does not warrant that your access to the website will be uninterrupted, error free or that any defects will be corrected. You therefore use the website at your own risk. However, once Ambleside Distillers or its third party receives your transmission, Ambleside Distillers and its third parties will take reasonable steps to preserve its security.

Risk in all Goods sold or supplied by Ambleside Distillers to the Buyer passes to the Buyer upon the first to occur of delivery of those Goods to the Buyer; or despatch by of those Goods to the Buyer.

The Buyer unconditionally and irrevocably indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified Ambleside Distillers and the servants and agents of Ambleside Distillers against any loss, damage, expense, Claims or obligation which the Buyer has or may suffer or incur by reason of the non-performance or non-observance of all obligations, covenants, warranties, terms, conditions, provisions, stipulations and work to be observed, performed or fulfilled by the Buyer pursuant to these Terms of Use. Subject to Law, Ambleside Distillers has no liability to the Buyer, or any person claiming through or under the Buyer for Indirect or Consequential Loss.

Delivery & insurance charges (if applicable) apply to all orders. Deliveries will be dispatched from Ambleside Distillers as soon a practicable and within 10 working days of receipt of an order and payment is received in full unless the product is out of stock, in which case it will be dispatched when available. Delivery dates are subject to your location and delivery arrangements. We are not liable for any loss resulting from late or non-deliveries, or incorrect delivery details. Risk in Goods sold by Ambleside Distillers to the Buyer passes from Ambleside Distillers to the Buyer upon dispatch from the distillery. Ambleside Distillers has no obligation to arrange for insurance of Goods against the risk of carriage. If Ambleside Distillers agrees to arrange freight and/or insurance, the Buyer must pay Ambleside Distillers for all such costs.

All prices quoted on this site are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Ambleside Distillers reserves the right to refuse any purchase order or booking made via this website.

Deliveries will be by courier or Australia Post. Deliveries will only be made to address in Australia. Deliveries will only be made where a person over the age of 18 years is present to sign for the receipt of the delivery unless the purchases authorises otherwise and we may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. Liquor Act 2007: It is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Licence Number: 57007647.

Photographs featured on our website are the property of Ambleside Distillers Pty Ltd. Use of these photographs or any content within our website by any third party without our written consent is strictly forbidden. Should permission be given, acknowledgement of the source is required.

​Visiting Ambleside Distillers

Intoxicated patrons are not to be brought onto the site and those deemed intoxicated will be asked to vacate the premises. No alcohol can be brought on to our site for consumption.

If you visit our site, smoking is not permitted anywhere on our site. Ambleside Distillers is a working distillery and adults must supervise accompanying children at all times. No pets are allowed on our site. Your entry onto the property is conditional that you are doing so entirely at your own risk and peril. That entry is also fundamentally conditional that you waive all your legal rights to sue or take legal or any other action against anyone or any entity on any and every basis at Law, both statutory and at common law. You agree to save and hold harmless and indemnify everyone and every entity associated in any way, directly or indirectly with the property you are entering against all claims of any kind whatsoever arising as a result of any act, negligence or default of the property owners, their employees, agents or any others in relating to your presence on the property. The expression ‘you’ includes and binds your successors.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers and Experience vouchers (such as Gin Blending Masterclasses) are available for purchase at the Distillery or on line via the webstore at www.amblesidedistillers.com.

The value of the Gift Voucher or Experience voucher will be the value at the time of purchase. On line purchased Gift Vouchers will be sent to you as soon as practicable by email and within 5 working days of your payment being received. Experience vouchers will be issued automatically and electronically on receipt of your order and payment. Responsibility for loss of the Gift & Experience Vouchers and protection of the valid voucher number passes to the purchaser as soon as it has been delivered. We are not responsible for the loss of a Gift or Experience Voucher that is undeliverable due to your failure to enter an accurate delivery address.

Gift & Experience Vouchers will be issued with an ‘Issue No.’ an ‘Expiry Date’ and will be authorised by an Ambleside Distillers Manager. Only genuine, validated Vouchers will be redeemed on presentation at the Distillery and Ambleside Distillers retains the right to refuse to validate a Voucher if it deems it is not valid. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed at the online store. Gift or Experience Vouchers may not be returned, redeemed for cash or cancelled and will not be refunded. Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase any goods for sale at our Tasting Bar at the Distillery only. The full value of the Gift Voucher must be used before the ‘Expiry Date’. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our discretion.
